Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by mio69's payment system, typically within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers depending on the originating bank's processing speed.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. mio69 does not charge a deposit processing fee on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which mio69 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players are processed within five minutes for amounts up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the mio69 Account. mio69 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Players must have a zero or positive Account balance after deducting any active wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus Credits may not be withdrawn and will be separated from real-money funds at the time of a withdrawal request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mio69 holds its international operating license.
